#1. Massage

One of the triggering factors of cellulite is poor circulation. And massages can not only give great feelings but can also improve blood flow and the appearance of cellulite.

Massages are promising remedies that can reduce cellulite by stimulating the lymphatic system, breaking down fat cells and eliminating toxins. In addition, a massage can help stretch your skin tissue and it may also help stretch out cellulite dimples too.

You can try at home one of the most popular ways of massaging the body: dry brushing.

How often: Dry brushing is using a coarse brush to exfoliate the skin. So, this is something you should be doing daily, even twice a day. As your skin should normally be dry, the ideal time should be in the shower before turning on the water.

Direction: You should start at your feet, with circular motions, moving up the legs on both sides and then work from the arms towards your chest. You can direct the brush counterclockwise on your chest. But remember not to brush too hard as the skin should be stimulated but not red and irritated.

Benefits: Besides casting off dry skin on areas such as knees, elbows, ankles, dry brushing promotes blood flow and cell renewal. It also improves the skin’s ability to eliminate toxins through the pores and can give a smooth complexion.

I am sure you must read somewhere about the beauty benefits of apple cider vinegar. And, similarly, its effects on cellulite are no exception.

Apple cider vinegar consists of minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium that can promote circulation. So, I recommend you to combine apple cider vinegar with some water and apply the mixture to affected areas to improve oxygen supply, remove toxins and boost the production of collagen.
